Initial Consultation (15 minutes): FREE
A brief consultation to help us connect, answer your questions, and determine if we’re a good fit.
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $125
Tailored, one-on-one support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, parenting issues, and more.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards through a secure online platform.
Insurance
At this time, I am accepting a few insurances and prefer self-pay clients. However, a superbill can be provided upon request if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
